Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your NWK Taxi (rider) or NWK Taxi Driver account and the data associated with it — from inside the app, or by request if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from within the app

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account yourself in a few taps:

Rider app (NWK Taxi)

  1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm on the warning dialog. Your account is deleted and you're signed out.

Driver app (NWK Taxi Driver)

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm on the warning dialog. Your account is deleted and you're signed out.
No app? Request by email

Request deletion without the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can still request deletion. Email us from the phone number or email address on your account so we can verify it's you:

We verify each request and process it within 30 days.

What happens when you delete

Your account is deactivated immediately — you can no longer sign in with it. Here's what is deleted and what may be kept:

Deleted / anonymized
within 30 days		 Your name, email address, profile photo, phone-number linkage, and any saved payment details (card tokens) held by NWK Taxi.
Retained where required by law Records of completed trips and payments may be kept in anonymized or pseudonymized form to meet legal, tax, financial, and safety obligations, and are deleted once those obligations end.
Note: Deletion is permanent for your profile. If you sign up again later with the same phone number, a new account is created — your previous trip history is not restored.
